“I wanted to get back to an emerging, family‐oriented business, and I believe in Geary’s impressive vision to grow. He has big ambitions that require a focused, accountable business approach to the things we do,” Horton says. “What appealed to me is the honesty and integrity of Geary and his family‐oriented approach to the business. That’s what’s important to me. Anybody can walk in and talk to him. It’s an open‐door policy and just a good group of people.”

The company’s emphasis on safety also makes it appealing to the market that Richard will be responsible for.
